Call yo mama tea the way i drink her --- Blue Orchids are very pretty. I quite like the purple ones myself. --- I've stated my opinions on Poe's work before, I don't feel the need to repeat myself again, but he does seem rather popular among PT's populous! --- Call yo mama a poem the way I be examining her up and down. --- How rude! I was hoping someone would pick this one eventually... I honestly don't remember if someone already has. It is a fun gesture though. I used to get in trouble for making it with other kids in elementary school. ----- Darn :{ I am writing these poems From inside a [PRO VORE FREAK], And it's rather dark in here. So please excuse the handwriting Which may not be too clear. But this afternoon by the [PRO VORE FREAK]'s cage I'm afraid I got too near. And I'm writing these lines From inside a [PRO VORE FREAK], And it's rather dark in here. (edited parody of Shel Silverstein's "It's Dark in Here".)

What's your favorite kind of tea?: mint
What's your favorite flower?: spider lillies
What's your favorite book/author?: Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson
Favorite poem?: I saw this one ab using an apple as a metaphor for csa and it was really nice
Favorite gesture (bowing, middle finger, tipping a hat, etc.)?: I love complimenting my oomfs on tiny things, I want them all to know they're loved and that I care about them

poem 4 u A life is not measured by the breaths that we take, But the courage we find in the choices we make. It’s the silent strength when the shadows grow long, And the heart’s quiet whisper that helps us stay strong. Life is important for the seeds that we sow, In the gardens of others where kindness can grow. It’s the bridge that we build over oceans of doubt, And learning what loving is truly about. It’s the way that a sunset can soften the soul, Or how broken pieces can finally feel whole. Your story is vital, unique, and sublime, A heartbeat that echoes through layers of time. So cherish the struggle, the joy, and the art, For life's greatest meaning is held in your heart.

REPLYING TO THIS VERY LATE... It's not even that I hadn't seen it, it's just you put a lot down and I've been sick for a while and haven't had the energy to reply. -- Mint is a very nice flavor! I'm considering trying it since I enjoy peppermint tea so much. --- Spider Lilies are absolutely beautiful... I quite like flowers that have hairlike extrusions in them! It gives them such an interesting silhouette. Unsettling but still beautiful. --- Upon googling it, this book is only about 120 pages and available in full online, so I think I might read very soon! I'll give you my feedback on it later but it seems very interesting. ---- Interesting... I don't think I've read that before. I don't really have the mental faculties to unpack the idea of that at the moment, but I take poems/media in general about trauma very seriously and am very picky about how people chose to portray it. --- Yeah :] I like to do that too! I don't think that's entirely what I meant by gesture, but still is a gesture in a sense. It's nice to let your friends know you love them in a genuine and direct manner. --- What a nice poem, thank you for sending it to me! This was a very extensive piece of mail and I don't get those very often, so thank you for putting that time and effort in. It was much enjoyed and appreciated :].

Sorry I'm so late! I thought no one looked at my ATA book anymore to be honest 😭. But hello! I'll go through your answers first, doctor. --- I'm not sure if you meant taro milk tea, but I quite like taro milk tea! I had to one day when making my way home from downtown, because I wanted to try something new at the boba shop I frequent. It was very delicious :] I do see how it would be a favorite. --- White lilies are very beautiful. I remember my grand mother had fake ones of those in a vase at her house. I always loved her fake flowers, I haven't thought about them much until you mentioned them :-). -- Many people seem to really like Warrior Cats! I'm almost starting to feel like I missed out. I sadly don't have much more to say that everything I've said to others who've given similar answers. --- Edgar Allan Poe is an amazing poet, I do like his work very much. Unfortunately the first thing that comes to mind with that poem is a Star Trek DS9 Garshir parody of that poem on Ao3. It's very nice, I do recommend it if that's something you'd read. ---- Playing with hair is fun... I like combing through mine when I'm nervous or mildly stressed like I'm Ariel. I don't even like Ariel that much, I just think it's fun. --- On to your main letter, thank you!! You seem very interesting as well. If you'd like to get to know me better still, I am around 18+ semi-regularly, Safe a little less now but I still get around to it, and if you see me I'd encourage you to talk to me! I would offer my discord but I don't think I'd want that to stay on my ATA book. Thank you for your letter,. Doctor!

turkey sandwich or PB n J sandwich?

Replied on: December 10, 2025 at 12:16:15 AM

short and simple, :] I'll respond fast then. Vanilla Chai yum... I'd rather have a PB n J, mostly bc I don't like cold meats, but also because I like jam a lot. 🍓 Thank you for your message! :3

What's your favorite kind of tea?: chai!
What's your favorite flower?: belladonna! i could ramble about why 4 a while lol
What's your favorite book/author?: adventures of a no-name squirrel, childhood fav :>
Favorite poem?: i know she's kinda controversial, and that this is pretty basic, but I like Sylvia Plath's work
Favorite gesture (bowing, middle finger, tipping a hat, etc.)?: two-handed wave! <333

ur so cool! i love your responses so much, and these questions are so peak rose anyways, i hope you have a wonderful day! :3

Replied on: November 21, 2025 at 8:13:58 PM

Hiiii!!! Starting with your answers :3. --- Chai is awesome... I didn't get to have tea earlier but I'll probobly have tea when I get home. I believe there's Masala chai in the drawer that I haven't tried yet. I might have that when I get home :] (It's taken me so long to finish replying that it's been a day and I finally had the Masala Chai. It was great, I had it with Biscoff. --- Belladona's are stunning... such a elegant flower for such a toxic plant. Solanaceae plant flowers come in such a beautiful shape. As much as I like more clustered petal flowers, I think trumpet like shape and crinkled edges are a second favorite look :]. ---- I've also never heard of this before! 😭 So many people send in childhood favorites I don't know, almost feel like I missed out. It's nice to see that people had such a positive reading experience as kids though. I think it's the most important time to get into reading. --- Ahhh, I think I know her! I remember I wanted to read The Bell Jar when I was in school, but I never did. Not even sure what it's about (I know that's a very useless answer though). I've mostly heard good things about her work so I don't know what you're ashamed of :]. I guess I've seen it mostly associated with teenage girls going through an angsty phase? But I think the fact it had such a strong impact on it's demographic deserves due flowers. Again, maybe I'm wrong, never read it. ---- Me and my friend do that a lot! Either to each other or to our other friends. To me it properly expresses how excited I am to see her. One hand waving is not enough for that. --- I saw your twilight skin I think! I love it, she looks so cute... Twilight is actually my favorite of the main 6 :]. I HOPE YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY TOO! I am so sorry it took me so long, I had a volunteer shift and then was blanked out for most of the time after that until now. But thank you very much for your letter!

Ahhhwhhw!! Hi! Starting with your answers (sorry this may be brief, I have a mild headache) Chamomile is good... I might make some later actually. I feel like having some but I don't know if I feel like making some. -- I think someone has said tulips before... my answer is the same. I'll only add that they are not in the Lake Merritt garden as of 11/19/2025. - I don't think I've heard of this author! So unfortunately I can't really comment much on their work. I still like when people submit authors I don't know, it gives me a backlog of public recommendations. ^_^ -- Felt... kind of, I can't be as confident in my own poetry. I wish I could be, though. -- Interesting! I'd never thought of that as an option before... The heart hand on cheek, I mean. I've done one where I try to shove my whole face in, like those dogs did for that trend once. Gives a sense of euphoria I can't really explain. bwoof, Hllooooooo ^_^ tysm!! I remember you and I really liked ur skin too... See you around Iero!!

Hi!!! :] I'll get right into it. Getting a favorite flower from warrior cats,,, I have seen many fall under the same category and I think that's wonderful ^_^. The aesthetics of warrior cats is something I can see the draw of... I too wish I could be a dysfunctional and edgy cat engaged in either battle or love triangle. -- Not basic at all ^_^ Warrior Cats was an important part of the childhood of many friends of mine. If they were able to get something out of it, I think it only reasonable you get something out of it. --- That is fun,,, I do that sometimes when it's only mildly prompted by one of my friends IRL, love her forever. -- Anyways, thank you!!! It was very nice talking to you! I hope you enjoy that anime you've been watching, and I hope to enjoy it too when I eventually get around to it.

Favorite poem?: letter to my future lover — rupi kaur

I love your victors monster/creature pony!! biggrin

Replied on: November 15, 2025 at 5:32:46 PM

Hi hello!!! As always I will be going in order :] Peppermint is my favorite tea at the moment, as I've mentioned in a letter to someone else! You have very good taste... it has such a nice fresh chill to it, doesn't it? It's great for this California winter where true cold whether is scarce, and it's hard to relinquish to a truly hot drink despite it being season for it. Very good taste, I hope you get much peppermint tea your way. ---- Corpse flower is such a beautiful beast of a plant. I'm so intrigued by it, especially because of my very obvious predilections ^_^ something about it's mesmerizing and grand appearance in contrast to it's vile smell of decay. hehheheh, (giggles and shifts my feet) anyways! Moving on before I get too strange, very good taste! very good... --- 11/14/2025 update, I've had some time to linger on it! and I have mixed feelings about Rupi Kaur's poetry. I listened to a full poetry collection that Letter to my Future Lover was part of, under the impression this was one long poem. Admittedly, 'letter to my future lover' by itself had much less of an effect on me. I don't want to fully critique it and yuck your yum, so I will say I really did like some of her poetry! I meant what I said. I think 'this is how we make up' is wonderful, I think '- i will have to wait till i’m a mother' is beautiful. So yeah, I'm still deeply appreciative of this entry :] thank you for giving me a positive introduction to her work --- ahh,, ah, ah, ah. ☝️I do that sometimes as well. Very satisfactory. --- Thank you!! I am glad you enjoy it, also thank you for instantly destroying me, perhaps I needed that today. If you have anymore recommendations, do give them ---

Replied on: November 9, 2025 at 11:51:35 PM

Hi hi!! Starting in order, Earl grey is a great tea! I love it for things like biscuits and cake. Definitely one I reach for often. If you haven't tried it with a treat on the side before (which I'd find hard to believe) I do recommend doing so! --- Moon flowers are very beautiful. Flowers that bloom in very specific cycles per day are so wondrous to me. And what a peculiar time to bloom! At night! Very enchanting, I can see why it's intrigues you so. -- I remember being assigned the Hatchet. I will admit, I do not remember much beyond that other than these few facts; It was about a man in his young life, revolved a bit around his relationship with his father (iirc), and that I stole the book from my Catholic school I deeply despised. Having such self confidence is admirable, I'm sure you'll be a great author! ---- Of course, one would hope to be their own favorite poem :]. --- hehehahaha, that pose is pretty fun, I've seen it quite a few times I think. --- HIII!! ^_^ I did not at first remember you, but thank you for reminding me why we are mutuals!! It is good to see you after so long, hi hi!!!

What's your favorite flower?: Hydrangeas
What's your favorite book/author?: Jack Reacher series by Lee Child
Favorite poem?: To - Edgar Allan Poe
Favorite gesture (bowing, middle finger, tipping a hat, etc.)?: Heart hands!!

Hii I've seen you sit at the tree a few times and I think you're super cool I'm just too awkward and scared to say anything!!

Replied on: November 9, 2025 at 8:28:54 PM

Ahhh!! going in order ^_^ That's perplexing! I've never met someone who hadn't had tea before... I do recommend it if you have the chance! If you don't, I don't think your missing out on too much, as the world has a broad array of beautys to offer one. -- You have very good taste in flowers! Hydrangeas are my second favorite flower of all time, I would say. Hah! I might be bias because they remind me of the vocaloid song of the same name.Their variety of meaning hits very close to my heart. Apology and remorse, deep but fickle affections. I've used them many times for my characters ^_^. ---- I have not read this book series! Interesting based on the wiki I've read. I feel rather useless when people put books I've neither read nor heard about... as I cannot comment on them. But! I trust the taste of dear strangers to their own enjoyment ^_^. --- That poem is lovely... I've always admired Edgar Allan Poe's work. I almost did a biography slideshow on him in Junior year, which I may have indeed completed if Junior year was not deeply hell for me. This poem reminds me of your answer of Hydrangea... talking of strong yet fickle emotions, and the strong rejection of them... Sigh, sorry I'm going to have to get Ogre about this, I'm too sleepy to analyze this poem, but, know I did enjoy reading it. --- Heart hands is amazing! I send the emoticon version to my companions rather frequently. --- And, your letter. Thank you!! Do not be frightened! I am rather awkward myself, and understand any difficulties that may come up. ":] do not be afraid to talk to me, I love making new friends and hope to extend my social circle a bit more... But regardless, thank you for your letter!! I hope you have a good rest of your day or night...

What's your favorite kind of tea?: Green Tea is my all time fav, or chamomile!
What's your favorite flower?: I'm a big fan of tulips :3
What's your favorite book/author?: One for Sorrow (By Mary Downing Hahn)
Favorite poem?: I don't remember the name of it
Favorite gesture (bowing, middle finger, tipping a hat, etc.)?: I like to pretend to snap my suspenders, it's funny

I'm not sure if people actually check these... But I really liked your Frankenstein (?) pony! Also, I enjoyed our brief conversation/interaction we had, even though there was a bunch of discourse near the tree area. I made a few friends chatting about books like The Giver and The Hatchet, and I just wanted to say that you seem like a very nice and intelligent person! Hope you have a good day <3

Replied on: November 9, 2025 at 6:08:33 PM

Hi!!! Early note, I do indeed check these as frequently as I can. :] If you see me online, I have probably checked my ata.book or will very soon within the day, Anyways, back in order! Green tea and Chamomile are wonderful! Chamomile is one of my favorites, but recently I have been really into peppermint tea. --- Tulips are wonderful! I liked them quite a lot a year or so ago, when I associated them with a past-lover of mine. Me and them are no longer together, but in spite of this I still find tulips very pretty. --- I have never read that book before! Nor have I heard of it, so I cannot much comment on it. The summaries I've read are interesting though, I think I can track down why you'd like this one. ---- Not remembering is fair, I have many poems in my head but scarcely remember the names of them unless they're by an author I really love. --- Hehaha, :] silly motions like that are so entertaining to do. I'll often pretend to puff up or comb through my hair with nervousness or vanity even though my hair is too short for such things. --- Anyways, on to your letter... Thank you! I hate to be that guy but it's Frankenstein's monster, not Frankenstein, unless we include the adaptations where the creature is Frankenstein, then yes, it is in a way him. I do not know if I recognize you, but I have had only pleasant interactions with people by the tree recently, so I can say confidently that I enjoyed our brief interaction as well! It warms my heart so that you think I'm so nice and intelligent, I'm sure you are as well! You seem very nice just for taking the time to write me out this thoughtful letter. You have a good day as well, tree stranger!

yahoooo!!! ^_^ hello!! starting back up with my ATA book hehehah Peach boba sounds awesome!! I think the boba place I like in chinatown has a drink like that. Maybe I'll try it some time!! -- Not having a favorite flower is fair :]. -- Junji Ito, although I have not read his work, I've seen his art, and it's quite striking! I see the appeal of it, and I hope to read his work eventually and experience how those images work into his storytelling. -- BOOTS by Rudyard Kipling is such an interesting poem... I hadn't read it until now, but I read it off of Wikipedia just now and I'm listening to a man recite it and speak about it a bit. Something is so compelling about it to me, but I'm not sure what... The way it conveys the brutality of war, I suppose. There are poems I like that execute that idea more to my tastes, but this gives an interesting presentation of soldiers as cogs. That repeated drumming rhythm sounds like a machine to the point it's dehumanizing and in itself torturous. I don't like soldiers in the least, but to not acknowledge that they are abused by the system just as much as they have abused others would make me a fool. --- Anyways!!!! mini hearts are adorable! I do that sometimes with my friends to tell them I love them or be a bit cutesy :]. And, onto your letter, ahhhhhh!! thank you so much. I am comfortable with it,thank you for gracing me with such compliments!!!!!!!!

What's your favorite kind of tea?: vanilla rooibos tea
What's your favorite flower?: forget-me-nots :)
Favorite poem?: scaffolding by seamus heaney
Favorite gesture (bowing, middle finger, tipping a hat, etc.)?: 2 finger salute

hi ! i saw you on pt, just wanted to say hello ! hope you're having a great day biggrin

Replied on: August 13, 2025 at 11:15:38 PM

Hello messenger! As always I'll start with the answers to the questions. I will be honest, I have never tried that tea before! I've tried a variety of vanilla teas, and those were quite to my liking, but never a vanilla rooibos. Because of those experiences, I'll take your word for it, and perhaps try it myself with my patron someday! As for flowers, forget-me-nots definitely fall into my top ten, boosted by their association to the hit 80s song of the same name, by Patrice Rushen. Their sentiment is also beautiful I think.'Sending you forget me nots / To help you to remember / Baby, please forget me not / I want you to remember' (really, a beautiful song, I recommend it if you enjoy 80s music and R&B. As for poem... Oh my, I might have to look more into this. It's not often I get poems in the mail and each time I'd like to observe the poem thoroughly (if I'm not already familiar with it, of course). I'll come back and put my thoughts on it bellow this when I have the time, dear messenger! --- Yes, time for the poem. I quite enjoyed it! Seamus Heaney seem like an interesting fellow, and his poem was quite alright to my tastebuds. It definitely rings with sentiments around marriage and relationships of that time. One thing I wondered while reading was if I was meant to read the rhyme scheme with his (presumed) irish accent, or as slanted rhyme. I tried both, not sure which sounds more right. Hums... But yes, very sweet poem, I'm always quite partial to love poems... (although, I can see how this can apply just as well to friendships!) --- As for gesture, the two finger salute is an interesting and unique entry I didn't expect to see, but it is a rather cute gesture, with perhaps un-cute origins given it's direct connection to the military. But, in modern day I've seen it displayed as a common choice for outgoing and eccentric characters to make their exits with, and that makes my feelings toward it much more positive. But yes, that being over for now, Hello!! I hope you are having a wonderful day as well and I'm glad you dropped in! Thank you very much!

HI!!! pushkin will respond to this later... sorry i'm autistic and i was researching the author of that poem and i want to form my thoughts on it a bit more.... AHHHH!! i love hugs, HELLO!! TY FOR THE FLOWERSSS. Pushkin will be with you shortly ^_^ ---- Hello dear messenger! I'm sorry for the long wait, but I'm finally able to answer your mail now. Starting with the answers; Hibiscus and chamomile are absolutely delightful. Forgive me, my memory is not commendable, I don't know if I've already told someone, but chamomile is one of my favorite teas, as well as one of my favorite flowers (second to tulips. Perhaps I should add a question about that?) As for your poem... It's very interesting! Me and my patron read a bit about it and the woman who wrote it. I think the sentiment of the poem is beautiful. One can only wish to be immortalized in such a way by someone they hold dear to them. As for hugs, hugs are amazing. And thank you for the flowers!! I have one for you as well!
